Application in.
Now pick your time.
Thank you for answering it honestly. That part matters more than you think.
I read every application myself, but you don't have to wait on me to book. Choose your forty-five minutes below — the calendar only shows hours I've actually held open for this. If I read yours and it isn't a fit, I'll tell you before we meet, and it will have cost you nothing.
What actually happens
It's a real conversation, not a pitch.
This is the same shape as every conversation inside DayOneā„¢, compressed into forty-five minutes. No slides. No script. No one else on the line.

First 5 minutes
Land
What's actually true right now — not the version you'd give at dinner.
-
Next 20
Locate
Where the gap is showing up: the conversation you're not having, the decision you keep deferring.
-
Next 15
Unpack
The belief underneath it. This is usually the part people don't expect.

One specific thing you'll do in the next seven days. You leave with it whether or not we work together.
If life moves your date
Every confirmation email carries a reschedule link. Use it as many times as you need — no explanation required, no awkwardness on my end.
I'd rather you take this on a day you can actually be present for than hold you to a square on a calendar. Showing up half-there would waste the thing we're both protecting.
Before we talk
You already answered these. Sit with them once more.
Your application is in front of me when we speak, so I'll have read your answers before you say a word. Five minutes with them again, sometime before the call, roughly doubles how far we get in the same forty-five minutes.

01
The thing you've been carrying. You named it in the application. Has it changed shape since you wrote it down?
-
02
The conversation you've been avoiding. With a person, or with yourself. This is usually where the forty-five minutes go.

Why now, and not next year? You gave me an answer. Check whether it's the real one.
