What do women want?

I could tell you what I think.

Men have been doing that for centuries.

I’d rather ask you.

What Women Want is a six-week transformational coaching experience built around a simple idea:

You deserve spaces where you don’t have to translate, minimize, defend, justify, or apologize for what you want.

A space to tell the truth about what you want from men.

What you want from women.

What you want from yourself.

And what you want from me, your coach.

And perhaps most importantly:

What you’re no longer willing to abandon within yourself in order to receive it.

This isn’t six weeks of a man teaching women how to be women.

It’s the opposite.

I’m entering this experience willing to listen.

To learn.

To ask difficult questions.

To challenge you when necessary.

To coach you.

And to create space for conversations between men and women that I believe we desperately need more of.

Your wounds. Your wants. Your wishes. Your anger. Your contradictions. Your power. Your tenderness. Your truth.

All of it is welcome here.

But this experience isn’t only about being heard.

Because being heard matters.

What you do with what you hear yourself say matters too.

That’s where the coaching begins.

The masculine in you

What Women Want isn’t only about your relationship with men.

It’s also about your relationship with the masculine within you.

The part of you that knows how to stand. To decide. To protect what matters. To say no and mean it. To take up space.

So many women have learned that those parts of themselves are too much. Too loud. Too intense. Too difficult.

So they soften when they need to stand. They wait when they want to act. They whisper what they want to say out loud.

This experience is an invitation to feel safe and empowered leaning into the parts of you that help you be strong.

Strong, while gentle. Fierce, while wise. Loud. Bold. Courageous. And safe.

Not instead of your feminine. Alongside it.

Because your masculine and your feminine aren’t at war. They’re meant to balance each other.

The four conversations

Throughout our six weeks together, we’re going to explore four relationships:

Your relationship with men.
Your relationship with women.
Your relationship with yourself.
Your relationship with me, your coach.

And underneath all four is one question:

A woman stands alone in an open field, facing a weathered billboard that reads: What do you actually want? WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT?

From him

What do you want from men?

Maybe you want

Respect.Partnership.Presence.Accountability.Emotional maturity.Communication.Safety.Desire.Understanding.

Maybe you want him to listen without trying to fix everything.

Maybe you want him to take responsibility without having to be asked seventeen times.

Maybe you want to feel safe enough to soften without feeling like you have to surrender your power.

And maybe sometimes…

You just want him to fucking get it.

We’ll explore what you’ve been asking for, tolerating, expecting, communicating, withholding, and secretly wishing men somehow knew without being told.

And underneath all of it:

Can you clearly ask for what you want while remaining responsible for your own boundaries, standards, choices, and power?

From her

What do you want from women?

Sisterhood.Trust.Acceptance.Celebration.Honesty.Support.Safety.Belonging.

Maybe you want women who celebrate you without competing with you.

Women who tell you the truth without tearing you down.

Women you don’t have to perform around.

Women who can witness your beauty without making it mean something about theirs.

Women who can hold your success, your mess, your ambition, your sexuality, your tenderness, your anger and your evolution without asking you to become smaller.

And maybe there are wounds here too.

Friendships that ended.Betrayal.Comparison.Competition.Judgment.Exclusion.Jealousy.The feeling of not belonging.

The experience of being surrounded by women and somehow still feeling alone.

We’re going to talk about that too.

Because sisterhood isn’t automatically created simply because women are in the same room.

Sisterhood is something women practise.

I’m not going to pretend I can give you sisterhood. It isn’t mine to give.

What I can do is hold a room where it has a chance to happen, and then step back while you build it.

We’ll explore what you want from other women, what you’ve learned to expect from women, where you’ve been hurt by women, and perhaps where you’ve unknowingly contributed to those same dynamics yourself.

We’ll also ask:

What kind of woman do I want beside me?

And then the more confronting question:

Am I willing to become that woman for other women?

From yourself

What do you want from you?

Power.Respect.Self-trust.Freedom.Love.Permission.Integrity.Expression.

Maybe you’ve spent years asking:

“Why won’t they give me what I need?”

And somewhere along the way, another question became necessary:

What have I been waiting for someone else to give me that I’m finally ready to give myself?

This is where we’ll explore your values, standards, boundaries, non-negotiables, self-trust, integrity, decisions and the woman you already know you’re capable of becoming.

From your coach

What do you want from me?

Presence.Honesty.Challenge.Respect.Patience.Truth.Safety.To be held.

Maybe you want a man who listens without trying to fix you.

A man who can hold your anger without flinching.

A man who can witness your power without needing to compete with it or control it.

A man who will tell you the truth and still respect your right to choose.

Maybe you’ve never experienced a man like that.

Maybe you have, and you’re not sure you can trust it.

Inside What Women Want, your relationship with me as your coach becomes part of the work.

A place to practise asking a man for what you want. To be loud without being punished for it. To be bold, fierce and courageous, and feel safe doing it.

So I’ll ask you directly:

What do you want from me?

And what do you need to feel safe enough to ask for it?

The 6-week journey

Six live experiences. One every week, starting November 3.

  1. 01Nov 3

    What do you want?

Before we talk about anyone else, we begin with you.

We’ll strip away expectations, conditioning, roles, obligations and performance and begin uncovering what you actually want.

Not what you’re supposed to want.

    What do you want?

  2. 02Nov 10

What do you want from him?

Men. Relationships. Partnership. Intimacy. Communication. Respect. Safety. Desire. Accountability.

We’ll explore what you want from men, what you’ve learned to expect from them, and what happens when those desires meet reality.

  3. 03Nov 17

What do you want from her?

Women. Friendship. Sisterhood. Trust. Belonging. Support. Celebration. Competition. Comparison.

We’ll explore your relationships with other women, including the beautiful ones and the complicated ones.

What do you need from women to feel safe, supported and celebrated? Where have women hurt you? Where have you struggled to trust women? Where have comparison or competition replaced connection?

And what responsibility do you have for creating the kind of sisterhood you say you want?

This week isn’t simply about asking, “What do I want from women?”

It’s also about asking, “What kind of woman do I want to be for women?”

  4. 04Nov 24

What do you want from yourself?

Identity. Power. Self-respect. Boundaries. Standards. Self-love. Self-trust. Integrity.

    The mirror turns inward.

What have you been waiting for someone else to give you?

And what are you finally willing to give yourself?

  5. 05Dec 1

What do you want from your coach?

Presence. Honesty. Challenge. Safety. Respect. Being held. Being met.

For many women, this will be one of the few rooms where a man listens without defending, fixing, explaining or disappearing.

So this week, we put language around what you’ve discovered and practise it. Asking. Receiving. Setting boundaries. Having difficult conversations. Expressing what you want without abandoning yourself.

And letting the strong, bold, courageous parts of you take up space, safely.

  6. 06Dec 8

Become the woman who honours what she wants

The final week brings all four relationships together.

    Him. Her. You. Me.

Because we’re not spending six weeks having beautiful conversations only to return to exactly the same life.

We’re going to look at integrity. Relationships. Money. Purpose. Boundaries. Communication. Decisions. Action. And embodiment.

And I’ll leave you with one final question:

What changes Monday morning because of what you now know?

Because discovering what you want is powerful.

Honouring what you want is transformational.

Your 6-week commitment

At the beginning of What Women Want, I’m going to ask you to choose something real.

Choose
something
real

Something you’re changing.

Something you’re creating.

Something you’re confronting.

Something you’re reclaiming.

Maybe it’s

A relationship conversation.A boundary.A career decision.A financial goal.A creative project.A relationship with your body.A promise you’ve repeatedly broken to yourself.

Your six weeks won’t simply be measured by what you learned.

They’ll be measured by what changed.

What you’ll receive

  • Six 90-minute live experiences

Transformational coaching that brings together conversation, teaching, live coaching, reflection and integration.

  • A private community for the women in the room

Where the conversation continues between our weekly experiences.

  • Weekly integration practices and real-world breakthrough challenges

Designed to take what happens inside our conversations into your relationships, decisions, boundaries and everyday life.

  • Live coaching

Around relationships, self-worth, money, career, family, identity, intimacy and the conversations you’ve been avoiding.

  • A special guest every week

Every week, a special guest will join us and make their own contribution to the conversation.

  • Your personal transformation commitment

Something real you’ll be working toward throughout the six weeks.

This room Has agreements

If I’m asking you to tell the truth, I also have a responsibility to create a space worthy of that truth.

Confidentiality.

What is shared inside the room stays inside the room.

Consent.

You will never be forced to disclose something you’re not ready to share.

Permission to pass.

You may choose not to participate in any particular exercise or conversation.

Different women get to want different things.

Nobody in this experience speaks on behalf of all women.

We’re not here to demonize men.

We’re also not here to excuse harmful behaviour.

You are not required to forgive anybody.

Compassion and personal responsibility can coexist.

This is transformational coaching, not therapy.

Some conversations may become emotional and vulnerable. When they do, I’ll meet you with care, move at a pace that honours you, and hold every moment within the boundaries of my role as your coach.

Meet Marcos

Why is a man facilitating What Women Want?

It’s a fair question.

Portrait of Marcos, arms crossed, in a white t-shirt and black cap

I’m not facilitating What Women Want because I believe I have women figured out.

I’m facilitating it because I can hold you, safely & professionally.

After 12 years of coaching women through life coaching, business coaching, relationship coaching, and beyond, I have not only developed the capacity to serve women, I have also honed in on the emotional intelligence, intuitive gifts, and transformational coaching frameworks that support the energetic dynamics between masculine and feminine energy.

My job isn’t to know everything about a woman.

My job is to facilitate the conversations that will provide the space, safety, and structure to encourage you to show up in both your masculine and feminine ways of being.

I believe there is something powerful about a man being willing to sit across from women and listen without immediately defending, fixing, explaining, correcting or disappearing.

I’ve watched what happens when someone finally says the thing they’ve been afraid to say. I’ve watched people reclaim parts of themselves they thought they’d lost. I’ve watched difficult conversations change relationships. I’ve watched a single decision change the trajectory of someone’s life.

And I’m bringing that coaching into a conversation I believe men need to participate in differently.

I won’t pretend to understand every experience you’ve had as a woman.

Why I’m doing this

This is birthed out of the rage I feel for all the abuse, toxicity, isolation, anger, and fear that have existed in the dynamics between men and women for thousands of years.

My heart is heavy about it all.

I feel I need to do something about it, to contribute to the strengthening and healing of these dynamics. In my life, women are cherished, valued, and adored. Whether it's the relationship with my cousins, my sister, my mother, or the wonderful women I get to call my soul sisters, there's a bond, a consideration, and a deep empathy for their stories, their hurt, and their desires. I am a conscious man; immperfect & no stranger to doing the work. My relationship to the feminine is one of utter reverance.

My stomach can’t take it.

My heart breaks.

And my mind spins into realms of possibilities where I can help.

Because I can.

I don’t want to sit here spitting out credentials to convince you to trust me because of my achievements.

This invitation to trust me is coming from a sincere intention to do my part as a man, to serve the collective consciousness of women, because I can hold it. I can take it.

I’ve been sensitive to the energetics of the feminine since birth. My path as a man has been supercharged by the sensitivities of energy that have shaped me into a gifted empath.

My relationship to the masculine is one of strength, balance, responsibility, self-awareness, and the power to hold discomfort.

My commitment through this container is to facilitate the transformation that exists on the other side of you denying what you actually feel, what you’re not saying, and what you think but don’t act on.

This work is designed for expansion, release, and surrender.

I take the responsibility to hold this container with great honour.

I invite you to lean in, as I have.

We can do the work, together.

I’m not here to tell women what women want.

I’m here to ask.

12–16

Women. That’s all.

I’m deliberately limiting the inaugural What Women Want cohort to 12–16 women.

Not because scarcity looks good on a sales page. Because intimacy matters.

I want enough women in the room for radically different perspectives, backgrounds, relationships and experiences to collide. But few enough that you don’t disappear into a Zoom square.

I want to know you. I want to hear you. And when appropriate, I want the opportunity to coach you.

What could change in six weeks?

I’m not promising that six weeks will solve every relationship, heal every wound or magically make every person in your life understand you.

That’s not what this is.

Transformation doesn’t happen in weeks.

It happens in a moment.

One moment.One conversation.One decision.

One moment of unfiltered vulnerability where what you’re holding onto finally gets released.

This experience is designed to create the conditions for those moments.

By the end of our six weeks together, my intention is for you to have:

  • Greater clarity about what you actually want.
  • Stronger language for expressing it.
  • Greater awareness of where you’ve been abandoning yourself.
  • Clearer boundaries and standards.
  • More honest conversations.
  • A deeper relationship with your own voice.
  • A personal commitment to begin living differently because of what you’ve discovered.

Because the goal isn’t simply:

“Now I know what I want.”

The goal is:

“Now I’m willing to honour it.”

So, women…

Before I ask you to join anything, I want to begin exactly where this entire experience began.

I want to ask.

What do you actually want from men?

What do you want from women?

What do you want from yourself?

What do you want from me, as your coach?

I’m not looking for the right answer.

I’m not even convinced there is one.

I want yours.

Because What Women Want isn’t being built around what I think women should want.

It’s being built around women having the courage to tell the truth about what they do.

And then doing something about it.
