DayOne™ is an experiential coaching program designed to help you stop postponing your life, return to who you actually are, and start doing the things you keep telling yourself you’ll do “one day.”
I won't be so afraid.
DayOne™ exists to help you step out of avoidance, get honest about what you want, and begin living like your life is already happening.
It’s a recipe for living more boldly, courageously, honestly, and playfully AF.
It’s a breath of fresh air.
It’s a place where you can cry ugly tears, say the thing you’ve been swallowing, laugh at how seriously you’ve been taking yourself, and turn your affirmations into actual decla-fucking-rations.
Our Experiential Living Model™ helps you master avoidance—not by pretending fear disappears, but by learning how to move while it’s still in the room.
Get honest about what you want, what isn’t working, and who you’ve been performing as to feel accepted.
Define what a rich, meaningful, playful life actually looks like to you—not what the internet says it should look like.
Interrupt the patterns keeping you inside the same predictable outcomes.
Write, speak, perform, build, dance, design, or make whatever has been asking to move through you.
Treat your body, energy, space, money, and relationships like they actually matter.
Complete conversations, relationships, decisions, and unfinished business that continue taking up emotional space.
Make choices rooted in your values instead of fear, guilt, comparison, or the need for approval.
Speak from the heart, start taking a stand for what’s authentic to you, and stop shying away from rejection.
And yes, we can do all of that while still being kind, having manners, respecting boundaries, and knowing when not to be an asshole.
Authenticity isn’t permission to hurt people on purpose.
Simple invitations that get you out of your head and into your actual life.
Writing, movement, voice, music, and self-expression designed to reconnect you with what feels real.
Interactive coaching sessions combining music, conversation, reflection, play, and real-time transformation.
Opportunities to receive honest coaching around the conversations, decisions, and possibilities you’ve been avoiding.
Support to help you turn insights into choices—and choices into a way of living.
A space to be witnessed, encouraged, challenged, and reminded that you’re not the only gifted weirdo figuring life out.
I wasn’t waiting for my life to change.
My life was waiting for me to start living it.
“Before working with Marcos, I never felt like it was okay to be authentically me. In three months, I reclaimed my power, found my purpose, worked on my self-worth, healed relationships and opened my heart. I got to heal, feel and deal with the things I had been avoiding. Marcos sees you for who you truly are, holds you accountable and takes a stand for your life.”
“I went from feeling stuck to feeling fired up, crystal clear on my vision and confident enough to step into my leadership and show up for the world like never before. Marcos helped me remember the power that was already inside of me and gave me the tools to take my life to the next level.”
“The biggest shift wasn’t only external, it was internal. I felt relief. I felt momentum. I stopped overthinking and started executing. I became more confident in my direction and decision-making, and finally felt like I could trust the path I was on because it matched who I actually am.”
No. DayOne™ is an experiential coaching and personal-development program. It is not therapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care. If you need clinical support, please work with a qualified professional.
Not in the traditional sense. There may be digital resources inside Kajabi, but the heart of DayOne™ is participation, coaching, conversation, creativity, experimentation, and real-life integration.
No. You only need to be willing to create. That might mean music or writing, but it could also mean creating a conversation, a relationship, a decision, a business, or a new way of living.
Hell no. That would defeat the point.
You will be invited to participate, but never forced to disclose something you don’t want to share. Courage and consent can exist in the same room.

Perfect. This isn’t about collecting more information. It’s about living what you already know.
You may never feel completely ready. But you can still choose a day to begin.
